Similar to the creativity a homeschooler gets to show off in his/her transcript and course description, so too, can he or she do the same when it comes to crafting his/her high school diploma.

Contrary to popular opinion, high school diplomas neither have to be signed by a Board of Education member, Superintendent of Schools, or Principal nor are diplomas required to be notarized.  

While there are printers and companies that will be happy to design and deliver an "authentic" looking diploma to anyone willing to pay for it, designing your own is just as viable (and more cost effective) and fun!
